How to Challenge an Arborist

How do you remove a 100 foot high, mult-trunked oak tree from the top edge of a 12 foot cliff that overhangs a 900 square foot building that is 3 feet from the cliff when you have limited access to the top of the cliff?
This feat was achieved by the 3 man arborist team from Passion for Trees Inc led by Richard R.Ferreira with only sawdust touching the roof of the building below.
Access to the tree, and the presence of the building below meant that the tree had to be felled in sections that could be managed by skillful rope work. Compounding this, the largest bucket truck that could access the site could only reach up 60 feet meaning that the removal of the top sections had to be achieved by climbing the top 30 or so feet.
As the photograph shows, the masterfully orchestrated aerial ballet quickly achieved the required result with the building below receiving only a sprinkling of sawdust on its roof.
